El reto.
When the Barcelona Council knock on your door you know it will bring a challenge on your hands.
This time, neither more nor less, was to develop the virtual edition of the most emblematic of the races it organizes: La Cursa de la Mercè.
In addition to the technological challenge that is already the fact of making an application like this, the factor of having to validate each of the processes with a body as structured as the City Council was added.
The result.
Although we already had experience in the development of this type of platform during confinement, this version was very different from the previous ones since we added the development of an App for the timing of the race.
We propose a hybrid development with React Native through Expo
We develop the dashboard, API and authentication with Laravel
